Authoress Astrid Lindgren visited Eckerö Hotel & Restaurant with her film team in the 1960’s when they were shooting the children’s TV film ”Sea Crow Island” in Eckerö. Now the premises used by them carry the name Astrid Royal Blue Floor. Astrid Lindgren’s personal greeting can now be found in the Hotel’s guestbook.
